Exercise: Basic Level 中文版

To render 3-page automated documents upon available materials.

First Step: 1st and 2nd pages

For IE:

Right click the following link and save the .txt file to your PC.

For FireFox/ Crome:

Copy and download the following text file into Word:

Edit it into an ordinary Word file as:

.docx

Add on graphics,

Render them into visualized, portable dtp file, such as:

.pdf (Portable Document File) or .mdi (MS Office Document Image) or other script files.

If you are not able to browse the demos, please download Acrobat Reader.

Requirements:

1. Basic functions

Exactly the same presentation as demos.

2. Automated document functions

Synchronization of the numbers of the table and the shapes of the diagrams.

Auto numbering of the titles.

Synchronization of the specific terms

Second Step: 3rd page

Render the text-based questionnaires into automated document.

Requirements:

1. Synchronization of the position of the questions and answers.

2. Synchronization of the numbering of the questions and answers.

3. Automated item screening. (i.e. go to specific question)

繼續應用進階桌上排版構成功能，編輯成視覺化、可攜性的排版檔：

.pdf (Portable Document File) 或 .mdi (MS Office Document Image) 或其他 shareware 的 script 檔。

再將其編輯成可領導群體作業的範本檔：

通過的條件為：

1.基本功能

標題、內文、圖片、表格、動畫、插欄呈現方式相同，表現盤文與流血編輯；不得開天窗、留尾巴。

2.自動化功能

表中數字變動時，統計圖片也必須自動同步變動；[]標題增刪時，[]內數字自動變化順序；標題[3]中「多媒體整合」「行動系統」文字變動時，〈第3頁〉問卷中黃底之問題，也必須自動同步變動。縮排、天地（頁首、頁尾）自動處理。

3.展示範本檔將純文字檔立即自動轉換為排版檔的功能。

第二步：第3頁

請將範例問卷編輯成「自動化群體文件」。

將本檔案也變為第二範本檔.dotx 。

通過的條件為：

數位出版/桌上排版範圍

1.增刪題目文字時，題目和答案自動調整「同步」相對位置

2.增刪題目時，題目和答案「同步」「自動編號」

3.增刪題目時，跳題「自動處理」

4.當另一篇主導文章內容改變時，本篇文章也隨之「自動更新」。（如黃底部分）

5.展示第一、第二範本檔整合，並將純文字檔立即自動轉換為自動編號排版檔的功能。

必須完成初級習題後，才可作中級習題-第4頁。

數位檔案範圍(2005年後免測)

輸入選項時，自動檢查資料格式和範圍

輸入選項後，如有跳題之必要，「自動跳題」

輸入之資料可自動輸出其他格式，供其他資料庫使用
