數位視訊製作劇組
數位視訊/微電影製作劇組的編制、職務與功能，有的來自電視，有些來自電影。演化至今，如果是記錄片或現場轉播，常是源自電視的導播制；若是劇情片，則是源自電影的導演制。
而中外有些相同職稱，職務卻大異其趣。譬如「執行製作」( Executive Producer)在歐美是投資人、金主。但在臺灣，常是打雜領班，好一點的，接近 Production Coordinator。
以下介紹一般需要的工作人員。
For a mid-small scaled unit, the unit chief could be the cameraperson, writer, PD, FD in the same time. However, positions with * are always required.
In practice, the relationship between PD and (acting) Director is various.
Those roles in 'stage section' could be including much more staff for a large scaled clip.
