專案管理工具與群體作業

According to the narrow definition of Project Management, it will be the management on the product, the people, the time and the money. These 4 objects could be relatively easier to be quantitatively controlled.

You need a method and tools to realize your management goal. This method is used to heavily rely on how to analyze the objects into tables and employ the chart tools.

Standard charts and examples are as follows. (Since we do not have money problem in this training course, the budgeting spreadsheet chart is not included).

廣義的專案管理包括生產與行銷兩個部分，但狹義的專案管理，可以將兩者分開。就生產專案管理而言，就是管事(產品或服務)、管人、管時間、管資源-尤其管錢。但在本學習階段，可以只集中前3項，暫時不考慮資源管理。

管理是眾多事件的規畫與實施，也是眾人之事，要使自己工作有條理，群體作業能彼此配合，必須使用管理工具。常用的管理工具包括：企畫表、分工表、與進度表。大型專案則可應用進階的「品質7圖」。

Working Group：群體作業，強調群體分工合作的實體或虛擬模式。

Workgroup：區域網路上的工作小組

Group Work：小團體的互動學習或事件，強調親身參與的人際互動。
