免費提供數位電視DTV, MHP平臺上之數位應用與數位產品。
Providing Digital Applications/Products on DTV, MHP Platforms, for Free.
為合作企業長期發展，培育有能力、有敬業樂群倫理的人才庫。
Training Students with Strength in both Capability and Teamwork as Talent Bank
for Industry.
合作企業如有具體人力參與，可提供相對報酬補助。

Brief Introduction
本案為臺灣當前唯一針對「2014全臺電視數位化」先行開發應用模組、培育開發人才的高等教育專案。

世新可提供之人力資源與期間：後臺人力為主
SHU: Human Resources in Application Development
可開發Prototype的儲備人力，每年12月至次年11月。
Reserve Talents in Prototypes: December to Next November.
可開發產品的即戰人力，每年12月至次年6月。
Trained Talents in Products: December to Next June.
碩士級PM人力，期間按需求規畫。5月底前提需求。
