「產業實務」屬於四下「產學合作」系列的核心課程，協助學生在校的「最後1哩」，特別強調「落實生涯規畫、自立能力」導向，培養你資訊管理實務經驗，並能有較佳的就業機會，預先瞭解優良企業，體認重要職能、企業倫理，以提早獲得發展潛力的機會，在企業組織內順利獲得理想的職位。

因應普設大學，造成大學畢業生必須面臨再進修的壓力，本課程內涵特別從輔導就業、更延伸至輔導進修；將進入企業的目標、更涵蓋進入優良的研究所。

本課程希望學生在踏出校門前，能借助身體力行達到以下學習成果：

１、體會資訊管理人才的專業與倫理條件

企業當前、與未來所需求的資訊管理人員﹙包括基層管理人員，與主管經理人員﹚，他所需具備的具體能力與人格、倫理特質為何？

２、親身觀察業界資訊管理系統的真正發展

企業當前、與未來的「資訊管理與決策系統」﹙包括個人資訊系統與主管決策系統﹚，現況與預期發展為何？

３、感受資訊管理與經營績效的關係

「資訊管理人員」與「資訊管理系統」對企業在資訊化過程中「經營績效」的影響為何？

４、促進企業資管人才的需求與供給

本課程的實施方法有二：

第一、借助「產業實習」輔導就業的專業與倫理準備。

第二、介紹與實施強調企業倫理以順利就業的「火種訓練」。

本課程並已建立互動學習、產學合作的網站，達成就業輔導的機制，紀錄實習的成果，並將實習觀察所得，累積成為未來有志與資管實務者，生涯的指引。

本課程盼減少同學畢業後就業的摸索；增長企業試用觀察人才的時間；提升雙方協調互動的機會，使同學在畢業後能以最快的時間學以致用。老師並將協助同學在實習中保障適當的權益。

對於已經準備好的同學，本課程協助你臨門一腳，順利得分；對於還沒有準備好的同學，本課程也提供當頭一棒，你還年輕、只要奮起，永遠來得及！

同學可以就「產業實習組」或「火種訓練組」任擇一參加。

This course is designed to provide the senior-level students an opportunity to develop their career planning. Students will apply the principles, concepts, and skills learned during the collegiate training to an actual work site.
Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:
1. Develop career goals and specific objectives in information systems
Establish an understanding of the roles of employees and how they fit into these roles both in professions and career ethics.
2. Observe the real development of IS in industry
Become more aware of the relationship and methods of application of academic theory to real world problems and their solutions
3. Understand the relation between IS and businesses' success
Learn new or enhanced concepts related to the business' performance as a result of their application of IS.
4. Bridge the demand and supply of human resource in IS
There are two implementation modules of this course:
1.On-site internship: Students will stay at an approved on-campus site or an approved off-campus site. Students may perform information systems trainer/consultant and/or end-user support duties. Students will meet periodically with a mentoring consultant to discuss problems and issues relevant to the area of implementing computer information systems.
2.Sparks training: This module will provide students various pre-work training such as to compile a professional portfolio.
This course has established a dedicated website as the working platform for the students, on-site consultant and the advisory faculty to ensure and improve the quality of the internship process and will feedback new ideas for the future students. This course will also connect to the "Project Management" and to extend an interactive learning chain.
