這篇文章標題中的 Meta‐analysis,是統合分析;Exploring,就是探索建構;Diverse(多),就是指多變項;Causes(因) and Effects(果) 就指是「因徑模型」,也就是SEM,請不要被文字所惑。
該文就是要建構一個統合教師壓力的因徑/結構方程模型。
